The Moposita family is prominent in the village. Moposita is also a last name found in highland Indian communities, but here, no Quechua is spoken, people dress completely differently and there is not such a strong community influence. Segundo and his sister have passed away.

One of 11 siblings to Moises and Luz Moposita. Some of them migrated to Spain, although the majority have returned, except two daughters who had children in Spain and prefer to remain there because of their children. Some of the men have joined the Ecuadorian army.

Una de los 11 hijos de Moises y Luz Moposita. Algunos de ellos se fueron a España a vivir, pero todos han regresado fuera de dos mujeres que tienen hijos que nacieron allí.
